West Leederville based Jones Realty & Projects took the top position across three categories in REIWA’s August 2026 results, including both the No. 1 office and salesperson rankings for Residential Project Marketing.
Jones Realty & Projects was named Top Office Residential Project Marketing and Top Boutique Office by Value Sold, while Director and Licensee Nicole Jones was named Top Salesperson Residential Project Marketing.
In the individual Residential Project Marketing category, Nicole recorded 47 listings sold with a combined value of $34.26 million during August.
But Nicole said the numbers only told part of the story.
“Last month, forty seven buyers made the decision to purchase through Jones Realty & Projects. But 47 contracts are not what I’m thinking about. I’m thinking about the 47 people who have trusted us with what happens next,” Nicole said.
“In off the plan property, the work does not finish when the sales agreement is signed. That is when it begins.”
With years potentially separating an off the plan purchase from settlement, Nicole said staying connected with buyers throughout that time was just as important as the initial sale.
“That space in between is where trust is built and, ultimately, where a contract becomes a settlement,” Nicole said.
“So yes, No. 1 means something, but right now, I’m thinking about 47 people I want standing at settlement just as excited about their decision as they were the day they made it.”

“Forty seven sales in one month is a significant result, but it does not happen because of one person or one good month,” Steve said.
“It comes from having the right projects, the right strategy and a team that stays focused on the detail from the first enquiry through to settlement.”
