Perth-based specialist off-the-plan sales and project marketing consultancy Jones Realty & Projects has beaten some of Australia’s biggest real estate markets on the national stage, claiming two major honours at the 2026 REIA National Awards for Excellence in Melbourne last Thursday.
The firm was named Residential Sales Team of the Year, while Marketing Director Hayley Patrick received the Marketer of the Year Award.
The double win places the specialist off-the-plan sales and project marketing consultancy among the country’s leading real estate performers, highlighting the strength of Western Australia’s residential development sector on the national stage.
Jones Realty & Projects Director Steve Jones said the awards were significant recognition for both the firm and Perth’s broader property development industry.
“Perth is often seen as a smaller market compared to Sydney and Melbourne, but these awards show the calibre of work being delivered here is absolutely national standard,” Steve said.
“WA developers are producing sophisticated residential projects, and the strategy, marketing and sales behind those projects need to match that level. This recognition shows Perth can compete with any market in the country.”
Jones Realty & Projects works with developers across off-the-plan residential projects, bringing consulting, sales and project marketing together from the earliest stages of a development.
The firm is understood to be the only consultancy in Perth offering this end-to-end model for off-the-plan residential projects, giving developers a single strategic partner across project planning, positioning, buyer strategy, campaign delivery and sales.
Director and Licensee Nicole Jones said the Residential Sales Team of the Year award reflected the strength of that integrated approach.
“Our role is to help developers make better decisions from the outset,” Nicole said.
“That means understanding what the market will respond to, shaping the project strategy, aligning the sales and marketing campaign, and making sure every part of the process is working towards a strong commercial result.”
Marketing Director Hayley Patrick said receiving the Marketer of the Year Award reinforced the value of bringing marketing into the development strategy early, rather than treating it as a final-stage campaign.
“Buyers are more informed than ever, and developers need more than beautiful creative to stand out,” Hayley said.
“Project marketing needs to create clarity, build buyer confidence and support the commercial success of the project. When consulting, sales and marketing are aligned from the beginning, the whole project has a stronger foundation.”
The national wins build on a strong record of industry recognition, including the firm’s 2025 REIWA Top Office for Residential Project Marketing award and Hayley Patrick’s Marketer of the Year title. In April 2026, Nicole Jones was also named Top Salesperson for Residential Project Marketing, further cementing Jones Realty & Projects as WA’s leading specialist in off-the-plan residential consulting, sales and project marketing.
The REIA National Awards for Excellence recognise outstanding achievement across the Australian and New Zealand real estate industry, with finalists drawn from state and territory award winners.
Jones Realty & Projects will continue working with developers to deliver integrated off-the-plan sales, project marketing and advisory services across Perth and Western Australia.
