Jones Realty & Projects has secured a REIWA hat-trick after being named Top Office – Residential Project Marketing for the third consecutive year, with Director and Licensee Nicole Jones also claiming the Top Salesperson – Residential Project Marketing award.
For Nicole Jones, the agency’s third consecutive year at the top made this year’s recognition particularly meaningful.
“Winning once is incredibly rewarding. Three years in a row tells you there is something more behind it than one great year or one successful project,” Nicole Jones said.
“It is the consistency, care and hard work of our team, and the trust developers place in us with projects that often represent years of planning and investment.
“That is what makes this one really special. I know how much our team puts into the work, so to see that recognised again is something I’m incredibly proud of.”
Jones Realty & Projects has grown from its first development to a team of eight, with more than $1.5 billion in sales across its project portfolio.
Managing Director Steve Jones said maintaining the top office position for three consecutive years was a strong measure of the agency’s performance over time.
“One strong year is an achievement. Maintaining that level of performance over three years is a much greater test of the business,” Steve Jones said.
“Projects change, market conditions change and the challenges you are solving are rarely the same twice. What cannot change is the discipline behind the strategy and the standard of execution.
“Being named the top office for three consecutive years gives us confidence that the approach we have built the business around continues to deliver.”
For Nicole Jones, her individual recognition was also an opportunity to reflect on the people and relationships behind the agency’s growth.
“I am incredibly honoured to receive the Top Salesperson – Residential Project Marketing award, but individual recognition in this industry never really belongs to one person,” Nicole Jones said.
“There are developers trusting us with their projects, a team working incredibly hard behind the scenes and, ultimately, buyers making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
“Three years as the top project marketing office is an incredible milestone for Jones, but the part I’m proudest of will always be seeing buyers find the right home and knowing we played a part in getting them there.”
The annual REIWA Awards Ball on Saturday, 19 September, recognises Western Australia’s leading real estate professionals and agencies across residential sales, project marketing, property management and other industry categories.
